I live in Lahaina-Town ... right on the water,
overlooking the harbor,
where the cruise ship drop anchor,
and where the whales and their calves jump in the sun
from winter through spring.
It's about 1.5 to 2 hours to the summit of Mt. Haleakela
from here. Sealevel to more than 10,000 feet.
