Am Doing GREAT!!!

Just Yesterday, I blogged on my homepage
of SunnyThoughts.com
for the first time in 6 months.

Have been absorbed in working with clients
all over the world with their advertising
on Google = Google Ad Words = the ads on the
right side of a Google search page.

It pays very well and I'm VERY good at it.
Plus - I like it.

I've been doing this kind of consulting
and advertising management for nearly 2 years,
and it has been my primary focus.

I've gained quite a bit of weight, since
working online - starting with Sunny Thoughts
3 and a half years ago.

Now, I'm working out and dieting & getting
back to good health.

Doing this has piqued my interest in Sunny Thoughts
again ... so You may be hearing more from me soon.

I used to be a very negative person.

I used to be a very negative person.
Each day I used to wake up with a heavy heart
thinking why a new day has to begin.

Hi Sunny - Did You Know My Dad? Bill Weaver? In Texas?

Sunny,

My dad was in the radio business back in the 50's-80's. He is currently in
the Texas Radio Hall of Fame. I was wondering if his name might ring a bell
with you and ya'll might have crossed paths. His name is Bill Weaver. He
worked in CA, CT, NM, and TX to name a few.

Trying To Feel Better About Life

hey sunny

i was very moved by your email

I think your a very strong person and grateful people like u exist to
motivate others.

Ive been very much depressed after having anxiety attacks...

I am trying to motivate myself and feel better about life ...

sometimes i get so worried to do basic things like even go out with friends
cos of fear of getting those attacks again.

I know my problems may seem trivial but in my little world it affects me
greatly.

I hope your inspiration and the prayers of my loved ones will give me
strength to move on and become stronger.

Positivity and happiness is the key.

Reading your emails and letters always make me feel good.

Today's Affirmations Struck A Major Chord With Me -- Christine, Scotland

Hi Sunny,

Sorry I haven't got back to you in rather a long time.

I just wanted to let you know, however, that today's affirmation
(#99) really struck a major chord in me - I've been trying to get
myself tell just exactly this for a while now.
Some days it seems to be working - other days are a total loss -
about anything positive!
But I still keep on trying - and I still think this affirmation is
one I need to say to myself - out loud - a lot - during parts of the
day.

How Do I Stay Positive? - H J W, San Diego, California

Dear Sunny,
I think your work is great
and I am happy to be on your mailing list.

I write you now because I need your advice
on how to keep going when
shortly after my b'day last year
which was April 3
and only three days after my twin's 20th birthday.

April 19th one of my sons (twins)
was shot and killed on the 22nd.

Yes I must Keep on going
and being positive
but my other son has taken a turn for the worst.

He is negative
and can not see that it would hurt me
to see him die too,
or go to jail.

He needs help
but is not ready to recieve help
and I am in pain in spite of the positive reinforcement.

Can you help me
even though you can not help my remaining son?

In all honesty
lately I have been ignoring all your emails
until today.

The twins were all I had.
The one that died was a mama's boy.

I do now have grand daughters
by both sons since S's death.

I'm sorry ... I cannot imagine how You feel.
I've lost my mother and two sisters to cancer
-- but that is nothing like the loss You have suffered.

I know the kind of love my mother had for us - her 7 children.
I know that love is incomparable to any other.

I'm sorry about Your other son.

I do know that parents are NOT responsible for the choices
made by their grown children.

I do know that Your other son's choices
are outside of Your control.

What is inside of Your control ??
Well, Your Thoughts, Your Feelings, Your Choices.

How can You nurture Yourself?
How can You free Yourself from unspoken blame or responsibility?
How can You turn negative thoughts into positive?

1) Write down all of Your negative thoughts.

2) then look at the list and write a new list.

3) on this new list -- take each statement and turn it into the COMPLETE
OPPOSITE of the negative.

4) Now You'll have a new list of positive thoughts.

5) this NEW List is The REAL TRUTH.

6) read this new list aloud every day -- (3 times if possible).

I'm just a guy who had a bad life,
and turned it into a good life using positive thinking.

In 1964, I was hit by a car going 70 miles per hour.
I was in the hospital for 5 months.
In a wheelchair for a year.
Many scars - slow to heal.

My parents were poor - I was oldest of 7 children.
I always worked 3 jobs at once.
Paid my own way thru college.
It took 8 years to graduate with a 4 year degree.

In 1980, I became a radio personality and always wanted to create CDs to help others overcome obstacles.

After 7 years in radio - (1987) I started my own business - with no money, no inventory, and no customers.

In 1991, I married my wife Vicky.

It became Pro Sound & Video Corp in 1994.
It grew to become very successful.

One morning in 1999, Vicky woke up in tears and said "I can't do this anymore".
Our business was stressful.

We sold our business, our house and 99% of our possessions,
and retired in a BeachFront Resort Hotel on Maui.
I was 47.

3 Years ago I made my first Affirmations CD.
I've made 6 more since.
I sell them online.
I give away my free affirmations and pep talks to more than 26,000 people in more than 80 countries.
A lot of people have told me I've helped them improve their lives.

Actually, I'm sure I was "dished up" a life
much worse than Yours.

At 12 - I was hit by a car

and made a cripple with a body ugly with massive scars
