Although Great news I've recieved My first Facilitators Certificate on Wednesday 200 Hrs and ...
Your affirmations encouraged me to make the most of the last few months from A low bottom feeding Junkie to The Teacher I know I am....
I've also recieved 3 gigs for my music for the next few months so thats exciting...
I performed a few of my songs the night of my grad wednesday and My students Loved it as well as all my peers.
I have alot of acceptance of this moment.
I'm so not used to what success I AM attaining right now.....
I am so grateful and I'd totally appreciate you keeping in touch with me.
I was also asked for my story For "Bloodlines" A magazine that creates awareness around HIV/AIDS here in Canada.
It will be coming out November 15th of this year 2 days before my birthday.
It's a little un-nerving, I did an interview last year on CBC's The Source radio and My voice left me right after It aired across CANADA.
It's just this time I'm putting my picture with my story a PORTRAIT sooo now everyone who reads that article will know who I AM and That I'm HIV+
Don't get me wrong I'm totally at ease with People Knowing
I just don't want them to look at me and see J whose HIV+ rather There's J
He's Healing and help do his part to create awareness in regards to people who Live with HIV rather than people who choose to Die from it or use it as an excuse to off themselves.
Anyways I guess I'm just asking for a blessing from my Coach and to let you know what I'm up to and just how much you've encouraged me to Change this moment of Now to best create a Life of service

Hello Sunny,
Yes this is Barbara from Western Australia,
I am writing to tell that yes I have been through a lot the word I am a high Achiever prove the point completely even though these last couple of weeks have been very trying for me, i let my feelings go at the Creator of this earth even though I knew it was not him or her doing it to me, i believe yes there is a devil i also believe that sometimes we give him or her the chance to try and take us over there we make our selves the devil. This too me was a testing time and learning how relax and meditate and feel good about myself.
Today Saturday the 27th August 2005, I feel very empowered about myself and yes it has come full circle. This does not mean the end a cirle has no beginning and no end sometimes to step out of that circle and start making a bigger circle i know i am trying to do just that it hard you have to take a risk and step out of your comfort zone.
I feel that Sunny that your affirmations have kept me focused even though sometimes i was driving myself mad even at one stage contemplating ending it.
Another friend said to me if you can not be good at it I like that one do you like that one Suuny. Thank you.

"I am a high achiever."
I am on a personal quest
which means dealing with 10 1/2 years of "stuff"
including 3 businesses, school and life in between.
I have an unrequited love with my little house and property.
It has been a burden and a comfort, all at the same time.

I am considering getting into the coaching industry, specifically; coaching Christians who are interested in starting and/or who already own a "service business".

I am currently a piano technician and have several ideas for audio and video training in my industry. I see that you have recorded several audio CD’s.
Audio and Video recording is something that has always intrigued me. I want to produce some of my own CD’s and Videos, but (I KNOW NOTHING) about doing this.
How difficult is it or someone to set-up and produce good quality CD’s and Video at home?

Asking For Words Of Comfort ~Identity Protected by Sunny - Bealeton, Virginia, USA
Hi Sunny:
Thank you for writing back to me. I read your email several times before responding because I didnt know how to response or if I should respond. I send blessings to you and your family and will include you in my daily prayers and meditation.
My life pattern has been quite different from you as I have travelled many paths and had continuous challenges. I am a 56 years old black female and I have three children (all adults) and five grandchildren. I have been married twice and both times the marriage didnt work. My first husband was and continues to be an alcoholic and very abusive and my second husband is a crack addict. I left him in 1999 with an enormous amount of debt. By professional training, I am a licensed clinical social worker. For many years, I have marketed adolescent residential treatment programs. Because of many years of not being successful in this field, I finally gave it up this past July. My supervisor was very abrasive and disrespectful to me and accused me of lying and not doing my job (It's a long story and I will give you more details later). I resigned because my spirit did not feel good working with this company. I may be many things, but I am not a liar nor theft. Prior to this, I had taken and past the real estate exam and received my real estate license. So since July 18th, I have been doing real estate full time. However, it has not been fruitful for me as has no job in the past. Right now, I am really scared. Scared because I dont know how I will pay bills. I have been using my credit cards and cant continue to do this. I dont want to look for another job as I want my career in real estate to be prosperous and successful.
Also, my youngest daughter is dealing with a mental illness. It is so frustrating because I cant get anyone in a professional position to help her (that too is a long story and I will give you more details later). My oldest daughter, her husband and myself now have legal custody of my youngest daughter's two girls, ages 13 and 14.
I need someone to pray for me and my family. I have never known true love and happiness. Until the past few years, it was something that I rarely thought of. I just took for granted that some people were not born to know true happiness and love. I have never know financial stability and I so need all of these things in my life right now. Most importantly, I need prayer for my daughter. I need someone to recognize the urgency in psychiatric treatment for her and may it possible for that to happen. I need financial security, not just for myself but for my family and others. I pray and meditate daily. And, I have been doing this for years. I believe in what I ask God for and often it is not for me but for others.
What I am asking from you Sunny is words of comfort and encouragement. No matter what happens, I will give wander from my faith and belief in God and will always trust that he will provide for my family and myself. I have given him all that I have and left it with him. I try not to worry but it is quite difficult sometimes. I take each day, one moment at a time believing that all is good not just for me but for my family in particular.
One thing I havent mention is that on May 10th, my youngest brother's, youngest son died. Daniel was only 11 and a great kid. The police ruled his death a suicide but myself and my family knew that Daniel was not the type to take his own life. What we have more recently found out is that he was playing a game called "The Choking Game." There are lots of stories about it on the internet. My brother and sister-in-law and my nephew(Daniel's only sibling) are in so much pain right now. They do a good job of covering it up but I can see the pain and I pray for them a lot.
So Sunny, you have a small snapshot of my family and what is going on. That is why I am asking for your prayers. I'm not sure why I shared all this with you. Maybe it is because God has opened a special path between you and I. I dont know. I just know that God is my life and my life belongs to God. I know this is true of everyone whether they know and accept it or not. I spend my life reaching out and touching all that I can and always with praises to God. Sometimes I try to cry and its hard for tears to come. Crying to me is a sign of weakness and most importantly, lacking faith in God. I pray for continue strength for myself and the courage and strength to go faithly with whatever challenges I encounter. I spent a lot of time talking with God and he ensures me all is well. And, I truly belief that. He told me he would guide to me someone whom I could talk with that would understand and be on the same path and for some reason Sunny, I think that someone is you.

called "How to Master the Art of SELLING"
It is a little formulaic and some of it is stiff
and unnatural ... but mostly it's about the mindset
of a CHAMPION salesperson
and there are MANY Gems!!!
I met Tom Hopkins a couple of times in the 80's
and I could NOT have succeeded without him,
that is without his books.
I know it's hard to let go of the past,
and of the unfairness of life.
But if you hold onto it,
it will only hurt you more.
Thank God that your old boss and the other people
are no longer in your life.
Think about WHAT YOU WANT
for yourself and your loved ones
IN THE FUTURE.

that will give the weekly affirmations & pep talks to YOU
and to others who cannot receive them by e-mail.
Please be patient with me,

Hi Sunny.
I don't know what to say, I really don't. Sometimes I
just feel so alone in this world, and other times its
great. I think I have to many expectations. I just
feel sometimes that people are nasty and dark. I feel
i cannot let go of alot of things therfore stopping me
from being happy. I do love myself maybe not enough
though at the moment. I have a partner that is
"spiritual" whatever that means. I feel sometimes he
likes to play with my emotions, saying things like "be
happy with you", and I am committed to me". I have
asked after nearly 2 years of being together (have
known each other since I was 14 though), I am 31 in
Dec, are we committed, are we moving forward? His
response is always "I am committed to me" .......
That's just one example, there are many. He thinks he
is only here to serve the one and it will all be over
soon. I am a very traditional girl and things like
this really get to me, but then I do understand alot
of the higher power, but I feel we still need to keep
one foot in this world, and one in the other.
I don't know the world is just very confusing for me
sometimes that's all. I'm just being silly. :)

I'm not trained or licensed to deal with depression and such.
I CAN relate to how you feel.
When I was your age I felt similarly.
But that's also when I started positive thinking.
I didn't love myself.
One of the things that helped me to begin to love myself
was to affirm the following:
I greet this day with love in my heart, for this is the greatest secret of success in all ventures. Muscle can split a shield and even destroy life, but only the unseen power of love can open hearts and until I master this art, I remain no more than a peddler in the market place. I make love my greatest weapon and none on whom I call can defend against its force.
I greet this day with love in my heart. And how do I do this? Henceforth I look on all things with love and am born again. I love the sun, for it warms my bones, yet I love the rain, for it cleanses my spirit. I love the light, for it shows me the way, yet I love the darkness, for it shows me the stars. I welcome happiness, for it enlarges my heart, and I endure sadness, for it opens my soul. I acknowledge rewards, for they are my due, yet I welcome obstacles, for they are my challenge.

I greet this day with love in my heart. And most of all, I love myself. Never do I overindulge the requests of my flesh. Rather I cherish my body with cleanliness and moderation. Never do I allow my mind to be attracted to evil and despair. Rather I uplift it with the knowledge and wisdom of the ages. Never do I allow myself to become complacent and satisfied. Rather do I feed my mind with meditation and prayer. Never do I allow my heart to become small and bitter. Rather do I share it and it grows and warms the earth.
I greet this day with love in my heart. Henceforth I love all mankind. From this moment, I have not time to hate, only time to love.

I think this really helped me over the years to begin changing my thoughts,
along with other affirmations, like my 105.
