How Can I Believe These Affirmations Sunny? - Rita B. Dean, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Hello Sunny,
My name is Rita and I'm from Malaysia.
I've been thru your web and your affirmations
since a week ago.
YES, I tried it and how can I get MORE POWER
so that I can FEEL all the words that I've said!!

For your info, Sunny,
I'm a single parent of 2 cute angels,
and I still fight my case in court
and I fight alone!!

No lawyer bcoz I believed I could do it better
and say it straight to the judge,
whatever I've been thru all these years!!

Sometimes I really can feel
that I can win this case,
and I know I will!!

But how can I manage to stand for another 4 months??
PLEASE HELP ME.
I want to be a winner in my case and in my life!!

You ask some excellent questions.
Thank You!

My affirmations are usually somewhat "unbelievable".
They are BIG.
For some of them, You must "stretch" and "expand"
Your self concept.
If they are too big for You,
then You can change the words to tone them down.

But there is also another choice.
You can simply repeat them over and over again,
day after day, until they become more and more familiar ...
and they become Your "Friends" ... so to speak.

When a Big Thought becomes "familiar" -- it also
becomes more believable.

Regarding Your court case,
I have a couple of thoughts.

1) Keep the End in mind.
Visualize the OUTCOME You Desire.
Picture it.
Remember it.
It will keep You motivated,
if You keep an active "picture" of it in Your Mind.

2) Sometimes we simply cannot keep it up every single day.
Some days we do the best we can, and it just isn't enough.

This is true of everyone.
It is true of me, too.

I've been writing 10 new affirmations here on this website
every day since January 1st.

But my work (as an advertising consultant) has kept me VERY
BUSY the past few days, and I have failed to write the 10
Daily Affirmations.

So, I've let a lot of people down, including myself.
But, instead of feeling sad or guilty about it,
I merely intend to start up again as soon as my schedule allows.

If we falter one day, or 2 days or even more, it's OK.
It we keep our ULTIMATE GOAL in Mind,
we will be able to get back on track and persist.

So, Rita, be kind to Yourself.
You are DOING GREAT!!!
