I am healthy and energetic
I am happy by making others happy
I am wise and tactful in every event of my life
I am industrious and skillful in my profession
I am wealthy and prosperous
I do learn from my defeats and failures
I know that there will always be a sound
(criticism) behind my back, but I shall
grow in silence.
I set my goals as directives to achieve what I want
I depend upon myself for all my needs
I do not like to harm others by way of my thoughts,
speech and action

Dear Sunny:
I really appreciate your work
for providing us very thoughtful affirmations.

I would request you to please provide me
some effective affirmations for my whole body aura clearance.
I got to know from somebody
that I have lots of damages and blockages in my AURA.

Because of this reason,
I can't do meditation properly,
even cannot feel flowing of energies into my body.

Please help me in this matter.
I'm waiting for your quick response.

Regards,
Rahat

Hello Sunny

I have my USMLE Step 1 exam next month.
I want to feel motivated for my exam.
More enthusiastic.
More focused.
I want to avoid all distractions in my head,
and want to focus on my study material
that I need to grasp.
I daily read your affirmations.

I see all I wrote (above) was once
a negative thought of my mind.
I would be happy if you add more to it.
I have really worked hard for this exam
and want to stay focused.
Want to improve my concentration.

Thanks for being there, Sunny!

I've tried many times to stop smoking,
but I've failed.

Dear Sunny,
I am determined to loose weight this year
and develop a healthy lifestyle.

I have about 24 kgs to lose
to achieve my target weight.

I have been overweight since the time I was 11
and I'm tired of it now.
I am 22 now, and I want to be my normal weight.

Please give me some affirmations,
which will help me achieve this goal.

Hi There,

What a fantastic website Sunny has provided for us all.

Please click on www.positivebands.com.au for more information regarding my new awesome charity based marketing tool “Positive Bands”.

“Positive Bands” are thinner with more elasticity and look more stylish than the ordinary wrist bands.

When any of your colleagues think of negative thoughts, they would snap the “Positive Band” to remind them of their goal and flick to a positive!!!!

The bands can be supplied in your corporate colours with your slogan and website!!! A fantastic Charity Fundraiser in your name!

People will be a walking advertisement for yourselves and what you are trying to achieve. Or forward this email onto someone you care about and can help us achieve our promise!

Our promise is to sell 1,000,000 Positive Bands to raise $100,000 to build an orphanage in Thailand over the next 2 years, your help would be greatly appreciated!!!

“Positive Bands” cost as little as $1 AUD depending on order quantity.

Thanks for your time and have a great week,

Dear Sunny,
You seem to have helped
and given quiet good advice to a lot of people.

I ask for your opinion.

I take life in a very negative aspect.
My aura feels blocked.

I used to do yoga and meditation,
but nowadays with the way life is: work, etc.
life just feels like a complete turmoil.
It's stressful.

I try to cope with too much jealousy at work,
but i cannot seem to take it any more,
and I want to soon resign and seek a new job.

I just don't know what it's like to be happy any more.
